We are looking for an Operations Manager who is able to manage a growing Bakery. Responsibilities include:
- Structuring employee schedules
- Implementing Policies and Procedures
- Overseeing the productions and expansion of product lines
- Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing discounts
- Implementing Safety Policy and obtaining industry Certifications
- Some night and Weekend work will be required, thus a flexible schedule is essential
- Ability to recruit and Hire employees
Qualified Candidate will have:
- Wholesale Bakery or Manufacturing Experience
- Route Drivers Management and Dispatch Experience
- Quick Books or other financial software experience
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
